Work Environment

This position is fully remote, offering flexibility to accommodate your personal commitments while maintaining a standard work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive counseling and psychotherapy services tailored to meet the unique needs of clients, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities.
  • Conduct thorough mental status examinations to assess clients' emotional and psychological states, recognizing and documenting any changes over time.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate case notes, progress reports, and treatment plans to ensure the continuity of care and adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Utilize de-escalation techniques to manage high-stress situations effectively while remaining calm and empathetic to client concerns.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, case managers, and community resource representatives, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, adapting to clients' evolving needs and encouraging positive interactions among participants.

Qualifications
