• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), interpersonal therapy, and mindfulness techniques, to individuals, families, and groups.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals within the organization, ensuring a coordinated approach to client care, which may involve discussing treatment goals and strategies during regular team meetings.
• Deliver crisis intervention services to individuals facing acute distress, offering immediate support and devising actionable plans to ensure their safety and well-being.
• Participate in community outreach and awareness activities, such as workshops and educational sessions, to foster mental health awareness and reduce stigma within the community.

In this role, you will serve a diverse clientele encompassing various age groups and backgrounds. Our patients often struggle with anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, and other mental health concerns. Your ability to build rapport and trust will be essential in creating a therapeutic alliance that fosters healing and growth.

• Possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent licensure.
• Have earned a master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with clients on a personal level and articulate treatment plans effectively in documentation and meetings.
• Exhibit cultural competency and sensitivity to work effectively with clients from a variety of cultural backgrounds and demographics.
• Show strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining comprehensive and timely documentation of sessions and treatment outcomes.

• Prior experience in community mental health settings or familiarity with teletherapy.
• Experience implementing group therapy techniques and leading therapeutic workshops.
• Comfort with using telehealth technology and a willingness to adapt to emerging tools and platforms for therapy delivery.
