This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while connecting with students and families through innovative virtual therapy sessions. Although the role primarily involves telehealth interactions, the focus remains on delivering exceptional mental health support within a school setting. You will engage with educators and administrators to ensure a comprehensive approach to each student's mental health needs.

• Conduct intensive counseling sessions, psychotherapy, and treatment services tailored to the individual needs of clients.
• Perform thorough mental status examinations, monitoring and recognizing any changes in mental health that require immediate attention.
• Document clear, concise, and accurate case notes, progress reports, and treatment plans to ensure effective tracking of client outcomes.
• Maintain a calm and empathetic demeanor in high-stress situations, applying de-escalation techniques to help manage emotional distress.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, case managers, and healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapeutic interventions, adapting to the client’s needs and the dynamics of various group settings.
• Share insights and strategies with colleagues to promote teamwork and enhance the overall quality of care provided by the organization.

In this role, you will primarily focus on working with children, adolescents, and their families in an educational setting. You will provide support to students dealing with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and trauma. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing students' emotional well-being and academic performance.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is essential.
• Possession of a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license, allowing for independent practice.
• Strong capacity for empathy and emotional intelligence, enabling you to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Proven experience in delivering therapy to diverse populations, especially within school settings or similar environments.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on active listening and client-centered care.

• Minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience in clinical social work, specifically providing direct therapeutic services.
• Experience working with children and adolescents in a school context or settings that require familiarity with educational systems.
• Competence in using electronic health record systems for case management and documentation.

The position offers an attractive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
