This position is remote, allowing therapists to engage with clients from the comfort of their own homes or preferred workspaces. • Conduct thorough diagnoses and treatment of various mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, adapting care plans to reflect ongoing assessments.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop effective discharge plans, ensuring a continuum of care for clients transitioning out of intensive services.
• Utilize community resources effectively, facilitating appropriate referrals to enhance client well-being, which may include connecting clients to support groups, psychiatrists, or specialized treatment programs.
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local mental health regulations and standards, acting in accordance with the Mental Health Practice Act.
• Engage in targeted social work consultations, performing psychosocial assessments and offering crisis intervention or bereavement support as required.
• Advocate for clients and their families, ensuring efficient communication among healthcare teams and services for optimal patient outcomes.
• Prioritize daily tasks by assessing current patient needs and well-being, focusing on timely responses to discharges, newly admitted clients, or ongoing case management.
• Assist in the onboarding of new staff members and provide peer support following challenging case management experiences.

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution; educational credentials will be verified.
• Current licensure in Massachusetts as an LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC. Psychologists are also encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with local community mental health resources and programs to effectively support client needs.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills essential for client interactions and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• A proven ability to establish rapport with clients, creating a safe and welcoming therapeutic environment.

• Experience working in a community health setting or with diverse populations.
• Comfort with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Proven track record of developing individual and family treatment plans.

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
