Key Well Counseling is actively seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our distinguished community health clinic based in Hagerstown, Maryland. The position involves a flexible work setting, primarily remote, which aligns with the progressive models of outpatient behavior health service delivery. • Provide individualized therapy sessions for clients experiencing a broad spectrum of behavioral health concerns, ensuring each session is tailored to their unique circumstances.
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify client needs and collaboratively formulate personalized treatment plans, applying evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Family Systems Therapy.
• Monitor and document treatment progress meticulously, adhering to clinic standards and reporting regulatory requirements to maintain the integrity of clinical records.
• Engage in crisis intervention as necessary, prioritizing client safety and referring to additional resources as appropriate.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives, building partnerships with local healthcare providers and resources to enhance client access to supportive services.
• Collaborate with peers to improve service delivery and sharing of best practices within the organization, fostering an environment of consistent growth and learning.

In this role, you will work with a diverse population across various demographics, including individuals, couples, and families from different cultural, socio-economic, and educational backgrounds. This diversity presents the opportunity to employ varied therapeutic techniques tailored to the specific needs of clients, supporting them in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. • A valid and active LMFT license in Maryland, or the eligibility to qualify for licensure in Maryland.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing therapeutic services in outpatient settings.
• Demonstrated proficiency in multiple therapeutic modalities, especially Family Systems Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and create a supportive, non-judgmental atmosphere in therapeutic settings.
• Experienced in managing and documenting a caseload effectively, with attention to detail and compliance with administrative guidelines.

• Prior experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and knowledge of telehealth services.
• Bilingual abilities will be considered advantageous but are not mandatory.

• Attractive salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and case load.
