• Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients to identify their social, emotional, and environmental needs, ensuring a tailored approach to their mental health journey.
• Develop and implement individualized service plans, setting clear goals and interventions, and continuously monitor clients' progress.
• Provide counseling sessions to individuals and families facing difficult life circumstances, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Collaborate effectively with clients to connect them with appropriate community resources, enhancing their overall support system.
• Offer immediate crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning for clients experiencing acute distress.
• Engage with community agencies and organizations to coordinate comprehensive services for clients, ensuring advocacy for their needs.
• Participate actively in community outreach activities, helping to raise awareness about mental health resources available and promoting agency services.
• Contribute to case conferences, team meetings, and professional development trainings to enhance service delivery and team collaboration.

The clients you will serve are diverse and may include individuals and families facing significant challenges such as mental health disorders, housing instability, relationship issues, trauma, and substance use. Your role will be crucial in helping them navigate their situations, advocate for their rights, and access necessary resources, ultimately leading clients toward recovery and empowerment.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of trauma-informed care principles and best practices in mental health services.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cultural competence skills essential for engaging with a diverse client population.

• Prior experience in a social service agency or comparable environment is highly valued.
• Familiarity with community resources, social justice issues, and advocacy strategies enhances the effectiveness of service delivery.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote case management is advantageous.
