Our salary range for this position is competitive, falling between USD 100,000 and 105,000 annually.

This role is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from your preferred environment while connecting with clients across various locations. Our hospice center serves a diverse patient population, including individuals with chronic or terminal illnesses who may require intensive emotional and psychological support. As a member of our team, you will have the autonomy to manage your schedule while adhering to the standards and protocols of the organization.

• Deliver comprehensive counseling, therapy, and psychotherapy services tailored to each client’s unique needs, ensuring a high-quality treatment experience.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment and discharge plans in collaboration with clients and other multidisciplinary team members.
• Conduct in-depth assessments utilizing various techniques such as interviews, case history reviews, and observational methods to determine client needs and appropriate therapeutic approaches.
• Train and adapt assessment protocols in line with best practices and health plan regulations, ensuring compliance and effectiveness of therapeutic strategies.
• Manage a diverse caseload, providing both individual therapy sessions and collateral therapy, supporting clients' multilevel needs.
• Regularly review and maintain client case files for quality assurance, accuracy, and compliance, ensuring timely documentation of assessments, care plans, and progress notes.
• Work collaboratively with a team of medical professionals to facilitate referrals and integrate services as necessary to provide comprehensive care.

The clients you will be serving primarily include individuals facing chronic or terminal health conditions, necessitating both emotional and psychological support. You will play a pivotal role in advocating for their mental health needs, helping them navigate the complexities of their situations while promoting dignity in care.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate program is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with at least one year specifically in a mental health environment.
• Active and unrestricted Clinical Independent Social Worker License (LICSW) valid in Washington.
• Proven clinical experience within a social service or healthcare setting, specifically in case management or a social work capacity.
• Demonstrated conflict management skills and an ability to navigate complex interpersonal situations with sensitivity and professionalism.

• Experience working within a hospice or palliative care environment.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and program-specific documentation requirements.
• Background in adopting innovative therapeutic techniques and an open-minded approach to holistic therapies.
