Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive counseling, therapy, and psychotherapy services tailored to each client’s unique needs, ensuring a high-quality treatment experience.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment and discharge plans in collaboration with clients and other multidisciplinary team members.
  • Conduct in-depth assessments utilizing various techniques such as interviews, case history reviews, and observational methods to determine client needs and appropriate therapeutic approaches.
  • Train and adapt assessment protocols in line with best practices and health plan regulations, ensuring compliance and effectiveness of therapeutic strategies.
  • Manage a diverse caseload, providing both individual therapy sessions and collateral therapy, supporting clients' multilevel needs.
  • Regularly review and maintain client case files for quality assurance, accuracy, and compliance, ensuring timely documentation of assessments, care plans, and progress notes.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of medical professionals to facilitate referrals and integrate services as necessary to provide comprehensive care.

Qualifications
