As a remote-based Counselor, you will engage with clients primarily through telehealth platforms. This setting provides flexibility while allowing you to maintain essential connections with clients. Regular business hours will be supplemented by occasional evening shifts, allowing for comprehensive client coverage and access to mental health resources at all times.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients' mental health needs, crafting individualized treatment plans based on these findings.
• Provide evidence-based therapy sessions—either individually, in groups, or for families—utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to meet the specific mental health concerns of each client.
• Collaborate with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic care, ensuring no aspect of a client’s mental health journey is overlooked.
• Offer crisis intervention and support to clients in acute distress, using your clinical skills and compassionate demeanor to assess and de-escalate emergency situations.
• Actively participate in community outreach programs and educational initiatives designed to promote mental health awareness and foster a more inclusive culture around mental health.

As a mental health counselor, you will have the opportunity to work with clients facing a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. • A current and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively establish rapport and foster trust with clients.
• Strong cultural competence, demonstrating sensitivity and adaptability in working with individuals from varying backgrounds.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to maintain accurate documentation and meet deadlines.

• Prior experience working in community mental health settings or with telehealth platforms is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to engage in crisis intervention, showing confidence in managing high-stress scenarios.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities pertinent to a wide range of mental health disorders.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and credentials.
