  • Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in acute distress, employing your clinical skills and compassion to stabilize their emotional state.
  • Engage in community outreach initiatives to promote mental health education and awareness, working to destigmatize mental health challenges.
  • Document client interactions, assessments, and treatment progress in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
  • Participate in supervision and consultation meetings to continuously refine your therapeutic skills and learn from peer experiences.

This role allows you to engage with clients experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing their emotional well-being and life satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • An active and independent mental health license, such as Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients from various backgrounds.
  • Exceptional cultural competence, enabling you to fluently work with clients from diverse ethnic and social groups.
  • Well-developed organizational abilities, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of client records.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience delivering teletherapy services in a virtual context is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to facilitate client documentation and care management is beneficial.
  • Prior work in community health settings or with marginalized populations is a plus, aligning with our commitment to serve the community effectively.

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 per year, based on your experience and qualifications.
