Description
The Mobile Resident Services Coordinator is responsible for interim day-to-day activities and personnel providing clinical services to residents within the community. As the interim leader of the Health & Wellness Team, you provide necessary direction and oversight to ensure successful delivery of compliant, industry-leading clinical services from the department.
This position would be available for coverage as needed in our OH, CT, DE & PA communities.
Requirements
MUST RESIDE in 1 of the States in covered territory
Education: Associates Degree
Skills: Basic reading and writing skills, and ability to speak English in an understandable manner
Years of Experience: 2-3 years supervisory experience and Gerontological nursing including dementia population preferred
Licensure: Current active LPN or RN license in state of practice
Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods; Ability to push and pull objects and lift and carry up to 50 pounds, unassisted, on a frequent basis; Full use of hands, arms, and legs (for writing and medication administration); Ability to read thermometers, charts and testing equipment
