Remote Capture Manager information

What is a remote capture manager?

A Remote Capture Manager is a professional responsible for overseeing the process of collecting digital data, documents, or images remotely, often for financial institutions or organizations that require secure information gathering from clients or remote locations. They manage the technology and workflows that allow clients to submit documents electronically, ensuring security, compliance, and efficiency. This role often involves coordinating with IT teams, ensuring adherence to regulations, and troubleshooting issues clients may face during the remote capture process. Remote Capture Managers play a key role in digital transformation by enabling secure, paperless transactions and improving customer experience.

What are some common challenges faced by remote capture managers and how can they be addressed?

Remote Capture Managers often navigate challenges such as coordinating distributed teams across time zones, maintaining clear communication with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring data security during remote document or data collection. To address these, effective use of project management and collaboration tools, establishing clear protocols, and regular check-ins with team members are essential. Additionally, staying updated on compliance standards and providing ongoing training can help mitigate risks and maintain a high-quality capture process.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a remote capture manager?

To thrive as a Remote Capture Manager, you need expertise in business development, proposal management, and strategic planning, often supported by experience in government or corporate contracting. Familiarity with CRM systems, proposal management software, and collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams or SharePoint is typically required. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills help you coordinate cross-functional teams and drive winning strategies remotely. These abilities are crucial for efficiently managing dispersed teams and securing new business opportunities in a competitive environment.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

We’re not just looking for a match on paper—we want someone who’s passionate, driven, and ready to make things happen. If this sounds like you, let’s talk:

  • Acquisition Campaigns:  Plan, create, and execute multi-channel campaigns (email sequences, webinars, trade shows, paid media) that generate qualified leads. Think beyond the standard playbook—bring creative approaches to demand generation that cut through and reach the right people.

  • Content Creation: Write and produce the content that powers our demand engine—landing pages, email sequences, lead magnets, webinar decks, industry articles, and more.

  • Outbound/Inbound Engine: Optimize our outbound/inbound machine. Define ICP audiences, craft messaging, and iterate based on results.

  • Industry Presence: Manage relationships with industry stakeholders, coordinate events, and identify partnership opportunities in the space.

  • Activation Support: Collaborate with Sales and Product to create content and sequences that accelerate pre-qualified leads toward conversion—including lead scoring, intent signals, and in-app and communication flows that help users find and experience their activation moment.

  • Website & SEO: Contribute to our organic acquisition strategy—programmatic content, SEO/AEO optimization, and website conversion improvements.

  • Measure What Matters: Own campaign execution and channel performance, track pipeline contribution, and continuously improve based on data.

Who You Are
  • You\'ve run demand gen end-to-end, not just parts of it. You\'ve worked in B2B marketing — ideally SaaS or tech. You can point to a specific campaign you built, what it generated, and what you learned when it didn\'t work.

  • You write the content yourself. Emails, landing pages, lead magnets, webinar scripts. You don\'t brief an agency and review a draft — you open a doc and write. You know how to use AI tools to go faster, but the quality is yours.

  • You\'ve automated real marketing work with AI. You’ve already deployed AI agents or agentic workflows that support real marketing and GTM work, using LLMs and automation platforms as core infrastructure, not side experiments.

  • You make decisions from data, not attachment. You can cut a campaign that isn\'t performing and explain why. You double down when something works and move on when it doesn\'t.

  • You\'re accountable for results, not just activity. You can point to specific campaigns that moved the pipeline, channels you scaled, and experiments that failed. You also know that results live in the details: the timing of a follow-up sequence, the subject line on a re-engagement email. You make sure things are done well, not just checked off.

What Sets You Apart
  • Background in restoration, field services, construction, or insurance tech — the market context won\'t need explaining.

  • Tool fluency that goes hands-on: HubSpot, Customer.io, Clay, Google Analytics.

  • Content built for technical or trade audiences that actually converted — not polished, created.

  • An outbound engine you built and can walk us through.

Why Join Us

We believe in working hard, having fun, and building something meaningful together. Here\'s what you get:

  • Competitive base salary + variable compensation

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance with company contributions
  • 20 vacation days + 11 public holidays
  • Learning & development budget to invest in your growth
  • Remote-first culture with the autonomy to lead, create, and drive real impact
