Job Description Summary:
CES is looking for a System & Process Project Manager, to support in managing the NamUs program goals by assisting state and local law enforcement, medical examiners, allied professionals and the general public with resolving missing and unidentified persons cases. The System & Process Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all functionality, integration and performance testing of the NamUs database. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Oversee functionality, integration and performance testing of the NamUs database.
  • Conduct system audits and liaison among various internal teams.
  • Identify, capture, and track system incidents, actions, risks. Recommend system improvements to maximize database efficiency and effectiveness.

Required qualifications/skills:
  • Must have a Master's degree in Criminal Justice, Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in database management, system administration, or IT program management.
  • Work to be performed remote.

  • Occasional travel may be required.
