As a Clinical Social Worker, you will carry out critical responsibilities that are essential to our clients’ recovery:

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized care plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Implement effective interventions to manage challenging behaviors, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a sense of community and support among clients.
• Provide psychoeducation to families, equipping them with tools to support their loved ones in the recovery process.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes that comply with regulatory standards and support treatment planning.

Your primary focus will be on individuals undergoing detoxification, often facing complex emotional and psychological challenges. You will work with clients struggling with substance abuse and addiction, developing a rapport that enhances their therapeutic journey. To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current California licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of clinical practice experience, preferably within a detox or substance abuse recovery setting.
• Proven organizational and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.
