• Conduct individualized mental health assessments and counseling sessions via secure video chat platforms.
• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to meet specific client needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, setting measurable goals in collaboration with clients.
• Encourage clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, promoting self-awareness and insight.
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes and ensure continued growth.
• Provide education and resources to clients to assist in the development of healthy coping mechanisms.

You will primarily serve low-acuity adults who are stable but require support in managing various mental health challenges. By focusing on a diverse group of clients, you will have the opportunity to engage with individuals from varied backgrounds, addressing a wide spectrum of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship difficulties. Your goal will be to empower clients in their journey towards increased emotional health and improved quality of life.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted mental health license—either as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Provisional or limited licenses are not accepted.
• Demonstrated ability to engage meaningfully with clients, employing strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in navigating various digital platforms and teletherapy tools necessary for remote counseling.

While previous experience in a clinical setting is not mandatory, candidates with a background in providing virtual therapy or counseling will be prioritized. Familiarity with different therapeutic frameworks and approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), will also be beneficial in enriching client interactions.

We offer a competitive salary ranging between USD 90,000 - 104,000 per year, based on hours worked and experience. Additional benefits include:
