Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and create tailored treatment plans for diverse clients.
  • Maintain an active caseload with a minimum of 27 client visits weekly, providing therapy sessions that encompass individual, family, and group settings.
  • Utilize creative therapeutic interventions to empower clients in achieving their treatment goals effectively.
  • Document all client interactions and treatment updates meticulously, ensuring compliance with company protocols and quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers, medical professionals, and educational staff, to coordinate and enhance client care.
  • Participate actively in clinical staff meetings and ongoing training sessions to ensure personal and team growth.
  • Contribute positively to the organizational culture, encouraging teamwork and support amongst colleagues.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse client population that includes children, adolescents, and families from varied backgrounds and cultures. Qualifications
  • A masterโ€™s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution is required.
  • An active LMFT license in Pennsylvania is essential for this position.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating clarity and compassion.
  • Proficient in Office 365 and experience with Electronic Health Record systems, especially Valant, is preferable.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain professional boundaries with clients.
  • A commitment to serving a diverse clientele and a strong understanding of the cultural factors that influence mental health.
  • Must pass a background check prior to starting employment.

  • Experience in a community health clinic setting or similar environment.
