This role operates within a remote outpatient office setting, allowing for flexibility and adaptability in service delivery. Our digital tools and platforms facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, ensuring seamless client care regardless of location. You will engage in regular team meetings to ensure alignment on client care strategies and share insights on best practices within the mental health field.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify client concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses, and devise individualized treatment strategies.
• Provide therapy sessions—individual, group, or family therapy—utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other frameworks tailored to meet client needs.
• Implement crisis intervention techniques to support clients during acute mental health crises, ensuring their safety and stability.
• Maintain precise and confidential documentation of client records, adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements, which includes treatment plans, progress notes, and results from assessments.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive client care that addresses various aspects of well-being.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment modalities, and community resources to empower them in their mental health journeys while advocating for their rights and needs as necessary.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through training and workshops to stay abreast of the latest advancements and best practices in mental health therapy.

You will work with a diverse population that includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Your role will be to foster a safe and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their concerns and can explore solutions that guide them toward improved mental health outcomes.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is required.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related fields.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with a proven ability to engage clients in a therapeutic setting.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience providing mental health services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect and engage with clients effectively.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• A strong commitment to maintaining ethical practices and professional standards in all interactions with clients.

• Previous experience in a clinical or outpatient setting is preferred, with knowledge of the intricacies involved in teletherapy and remote service delivery being an added advantage.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage client documentation effectively.

This position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience, along with a generous sign-on bonus.
