D365 Customer Engagement Consultant โ€“ Customer Service & Sales Focus โ€“ Full-Time (Hybrid or Remote)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a D365 Customer Engagement Consultant with expertise in Customer Service and Sales modules to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to design, implement, and optimize Dynamics 365 solutions that enhance customer experiences, drive sales performance, and streamline service processes. This is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, translating business requirements into actionable solutions, and mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for Customer Service and Sales processes.
  • Design, configure, and implement Dynamics 365 CE solutions tailored to enhance customer engagement, case management, and sales pipeline effectiveness.
  • Advise clients on leveraging the Power Platform, including Power Automate and Canvas Apps, to automate workflows and improve productivity.
  • Lead workshops, solution design sessions, and live demonstrations for clients.
  • Mentor and support junior consultants in D365 best practices and functional knowledge.
  • Conduct solution reviews to ensure alignment with Microsoft standards and client objectives.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Document functional designs, process flows, and solution architecture for client projects.

Experience & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a D365 CE Consultant with functional expertise in Customer Service and Sales modules.
