Quality Control Manager - Remote- Ideally from Charleston, SC or Augusta, GA - Home office is in Tallahassee, FL.

With an extensive portfolio of multi-million-dollar projects, they are committed to delivering excellence in both heavy civil and vertical construction. The teams are dedicated to building unique and complex structures and infrastructure that meet the highest safety, quality, and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in construction quality control, with at least 5 years specifically in federal government contracting.
  • Education: A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Certifications: Certification as a Construction Quality Control Manager (CQCM) for federal construction (U.S. Army Corps of Engineers or similar) is required.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of construction processes, project management, quality control protocols, and federal government contract requirements (FAR, DFARS, etc.).
  • Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.
  • Travel: Must be willing to travel within the Southeast region of the U.S. as required by the project location.
