  • Drive technical execution quality by setting and enforcing delivery standards, including documentation, coding guidelines, peer reviews, and unit testing expectations.
  • Coordinate deployments across environments, validate data readiness in target stores, and drive formal user validation and signoff.
  • Ensure reporting release readiness, including coordinating publishing processes for Power BI across environments and ensuring supporting documentation is complete.
  • Support staffing and financial forecasting inputs, and budget cycle activities needed to keep delivery on track.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant data governance, privacy, and security standards.

What we're looking for
  • Proven experience managing large scale enterprise delivery with significant data, analytics, and reporting scope.
  • Strong client facing communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills able to lead governance, handle escalations, and present technical concepts in business terms.
  • Strong technical depth in enterprise data warehousing and BI, including architecture level understanding and hands on delivery leadership in EDW concepts, data modeling, ETL/ELT patterns, data quality controls, and reconciliation.
  • Hands on or leadership depth with Databricks (preferred) or comparable modern data platform and tooling (for example, Snowflake, Azure Synapse, Redshift).
  • Power BI experience, including semantic models, dashboards, and deployment practices.
  • Advanced skills in SQL, data visualization, and reporting automation.
  • Demonstrated success operating in complex, matrixed environments with onshore and offshore delivery teams.

What you should expect in this role
  • Remote Opportunity within the United States
  • Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.
  • This posting is intended for pipelining. We will accept applications on an ongoing basis
