These competencies are crucial for empowering clients to achieve sustainable weight loss and healthier lifestyles.

What is a Weight Loss Health Coach?

A Weight Loss Health Coach is a professional who helps individuals achieve their weight loss goals through personalized guidance, support, and education. They create customized plans that may include nutrition advice, exercise recommendations, and strategies for behavioral change.
