Summary
The Solutions Delivery Manager is a senior, client facing, techno functional delivery leader responsible for end to end delivery of enterprise data and analytics EDW solutions. This role is hands on in shaping the functional and technical approach, translating business outcomes into executable technical delivery plans, and driving delivery rigor across engineering, data, and reporting workstreams. The role manages the work, plan, and outcomes of the delivery team, but is not a people manager.
Your role in our mission
  • Own and support engagement leader in integrated delivery across workstreams, dependencies, and cross team coordination, ensuring scope, schedule, quality, and outcomes align to client expectations.
  • Lead client facing delivery cadences, including recuring program wide delivery meetings and executive ready status reporting with clear risks and mitigations.
  • Drive technical execution quality by setting and enforcing delivery standards, including documentation, coding guidelines, peer reviews, and unit testing expectations.
  • Coordinate deployments across environments, validate data readiness in target stores, and drive formal user validation and signoff.
  • Ensure reporting release readiness, including coordinating publishing processes for Power BI across environments and ensuring supporting documentation is complete.
  • Support staffing and financial forecasting inputs, and budget cycle activities needed to keep delivery on track.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant data governance, privacy, and security standards.

What we're looking for
  • Proven experience managing large scale enterprise delivery with significant data, analytics, and reporting scope.
  • Strong client facing communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills able to lead governance, handle escalations, and present technical concepts in business terms.
  • Strong technical depth in enterprise data warehousing and BI, including architecture level understanding and hands on delivery leadership in EDW concepts, data modeling, ETL/ELT patterns, data quality controls, and reconciliation.
  • Hands on or leadership depth with Databricks (preferred) or comparable modern data platform and tooling (for example, Snowflake, Azure Synapse, Redshift).
  • Power BI experience, including semantic models, dashboards, and deployment practices.
  • Advanced skills in SQL, data visualization, and reporting automation.
  • Demonstrated success operating in complex, matrixed environments with onshore and offshore delivery teams.

The pay range for this position is $100,800.00 - $144,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
