Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic contract Customer Care Agent to join our vibrant team! In this contract role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our company, delivering exceptional customer support and client services across multiple channels. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help build strong relationships with diverse customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. Duties

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in multiple languages, including bilingual support when needed
  • Provide outstanding customer service by understanding client needs, offering solutions, and guiding them through processes with clarity and patience
  • Manage outbound calling campaigns to follow up on inquiries, gather feedback, or promote new products and services
  • Enter data accurately into customer relationship management (CRM) systems and maintain detailed records of interactions
  • Handle cash transactions securely when necessary, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster trust and satisfaction with each interaction
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English plus additional languages is a strong advantage
  • 3+ years of experience in customer support, call center operations, or client services is desirable
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and typing proficiency
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills
