Call Center Representative – Heart Monitor Patient Support

Pay Rate: $15.00/hour
Assignment Type: Temp to Hire

Job Overview

We are seeking compassionate and detail-oriented Call Center Representatives to support patients who rely on heart monitoring devices. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, healthcare providers, and internal teams by delivering responsive customer service and technical support related to cardiac monitoring equipment and services.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, communicating clearly, and working in a fast-paced healthcare support environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional customer service and technical assistance to patients and healthcare providers regarding heart monitor devices and related services

  • Accurately document customer interactions, service details, and order information within internal systems

  • Assist with troubleshooting basic device or service-related issues

  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution

  • Participate in special projects and additional duties as assigned

  • Maintain compliance with all company quality and regulatory requirements

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 0–1 year of customer service, call center, healthcare support, or administrative experience preferred

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Basic computer and data entry skills

Training Schedule
  • Week 1: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

  • Week 2: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Week 4: Contractors transition to assigned schedules and teams on the operations floor

Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
