Job Opportunity: Call Center Representative Location: 17320 Katy Freeway, Ste 125, Houston, TX 77094
Full-Time Position Positions on site
Tuesday-Saturday 8am-6pm central time. This is not a remote position.
We have entry level positions and a local commute. No collection experience is necessary! UFLP will provide continued development after training to ensure your success. Come build your resume with us!

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries or concerns.
  • Managing customer accounts, including processing payments and resolving billing issues.
  • Finding solutions for customer problems and escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Offering excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.

  • Excellent communication skills-both verbal and written.

  • Ability to stay calm and focused during busy situations.
