PayScale starting at $28.83/hr. (Provisional)- $31.23/hr. (Fully Licensed)
Location: Can be onsite in Cabarrus County or Remote
Summary: This position is responsible for supporting the successful implementation of Mobile Crisis Services to improve clinical documentation, productivity, timeliness, and overall outcomes for staff, community stakeholders, and clients within Mobile Crisis. With quality metrics/outcome measures and auditing, the position will assist the Mobile Engagement Team Program Director and Team Leads) with identifying areas of need and plans for improvement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Clinical review and analysis of Mobile Crisis Services;
- Reviewing documentation to ensure all clinical material has been entered and finalized.
- Monitor productivity and potential areas of missed billing
- Assist staff in developing ways to meet the needs of the clients by thinking outside of the box and encouraging follow up.
- Identify existing barriers to care, and assist management to identify and implement changes.
- Utilize quality metrics/outcome measures to collect, compile, analyze, and present quantitative information and data.
- Provide mobile crisis services for follow up care and as needed.
- Assist in tracking and providing staff trainings as needed to further develop staff knowledge and ways to improve overall service delivery.
- Provide supervision as needed to MET Staff.
- All other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Education and/or Experience: Must be able to demonstrate 1 year of experience providing crisis care in assertive outreach, assertive community treatment, emergency departments, inpatient units, or other services providing comprehensive emergency/crisis services.
ANDDoctorate degree in Psychology, or Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, counseling, or marriage and family therapy from an accredited college or university and licensed eligible or provisionally licensed in their perspective field. Applicants with master's degrees who are provisionally licensed or licensed eligible as clinical social workers, professional counselors, substance abuse counselors and marriage and family counselors will be given consideration for employment.
