Job description

Atrium Health Cabarrus – Concord, NC

This role is for Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) at a Level III Trauma facility located at Atrium Health Cabarrus.

About the Opportunity / Position Highlights
  • Level III Trauma facility
  • Opportunities include Cardiac, OBGYN, Pediatrics, NORA (non‑OR anesthesia)
  • Shift options include days, afternoons, nights, overnight call with 8, 10, and 12‑hour variations; OT optional
  • Concentrations in Cardiac non‑transplant, Spinals, Peds MRI and General Surgery; trauma includes Peds and Cardiac
  • Participation in committees, teaching opportunities for allied health learners and SRNAs from CMC/UNCC and Wake Forest
Position Compensation

Pay Range: $175.00 – $175.00 per hour

Candidate Highlights

NC RN licensure required. Graduate of an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia required. CRNA licensure required. BLS, ACLS, and PALS from AHA required.

Responsibilities
  • Assembles necessary supplies and equipment, and administers intravenous, spinal, and other anesthetics prior to surgical or other medical procedures.
  • Monitors patients’ reactions and vital signs during and after anesthesia and takes remedial action when warranted.
  • Submits postoperative reports on patients’ condition and maintains records of anesthetics administered.
