Position Description:

The Manager, Revenue Operations - Supply Cloud will improve quota attainment and revenue predictability by strengthening the process, data, and coaching behind the Supply Cloud Account Executive team's execution.

This role owns the forecasting cadence and pipeline hygiene standards, uses Gong and Salesforce to inspect deal health, coaches AEs directly on deal strategy and acceleration, owns onboarding and ramp for new AEs, and partners with Marketing to build the enablement tools coaching surfaces as needed.

What you will do:

  • Own the sales forecasting process and weekly pipeline/forecast review cadence
  • Use Gong and Salesforce to inspect pipeline health, deal progression, and conversion trends
  • Establish and reinforce pipeline hygiene and forecasting standards; maintain accurate opportunity data
  • Coach AEs on deal strategy and pipeline prioritization; identify blockers and drive deal acceleration
  • Own onboarding and ramp process design for new Account Executives
  • Partner with Marketing to identify and build the sales enablement tools and content that surface through ongoing coaching
  • Report on key KPIs - quota attainment, pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy - to sales leadership
  • Identify performance gaps at the rep and deal level and recommend corrective actions
  • Other duties as assigned.


What you will bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, sales operations, or revenue operations-adjacent roles
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills; comfort owning forecasting process and pipeline data integrity
  • Experience with Salesforce administration, configuration, or reporting
  • Experience with Gong or a similar conversation intelligence platform
  • Proven ability to coach Account Executives without carrying a quota
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment


Compensation

Salary Range: $120,000 - 150,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications
