A Sr. level Business Analyst, with, experience owning and managing the business requirements effort in a large, formal Program/project team environment.
Exceptional communication, influencing and partnership skills are mandatory as well as the ability to work on highly complex projects or programs with minimal management supervision.
• Knowledge & alignment to IIBA/PMI Business Analysis best practices
• Previous Financial Institution experience is required
• Stakeholder management in a matrixed environment is required
• Must have Strong facilitation skills
• 10+ years business analysis experience
