We are currently seeking a Magento Support Engineer to join our team in Toronto, ON (remote).
In this Support Engineer role, provide application support for Adobe Commerce (Magento).
Responsibilities include
- Incident management, bug resolution, performance tuning, environment monitoring, and support for integrations across global eCommerce operations.
- Troubleshoot Magento storefront, Admin, API, checkout, and order flow issues.
- Resolve module conflicts, theme rendering issues, indexing failures, and caching problems.
- Manage incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and apply patches or configuration fixes.
- Support Elasticsearch, Redis/Varnish caching, CDN configurations, and DB performance.
- Monitor logs, queues, cron jobs, and overall system health.
- Troubleshoot integrations with ERP (SAP/Oracle), PIM, OMS, payment gateways, shipping, and tax services.
- Validate API calls (REST/GraphQL), data transformations, and sync failures.
- Support Adobe Commerce Cloud (PaaS), AWS, Azure, or GCP deployments.
- Assist with CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes-based deployments, and rollback management.
- Work with product managers, QA, infra teams, and developers.
- Produce RCA reports, deployment documentation, and knowledge base articles.
- 5+ years of Magento/Adobe Commerce support or development experience.
- 5+ years of strong PHP, Magento 2 architecture knowledge, and API debugging skills.
- 5+ years of experience with PWA Studio, GraphQL, caching layers, search configurations, and multi-site setups.
