Job Title IS Technical Specialist

Detailed Description

Support the Digital Payments Technology organization to develop, define, and execute consumer payment applications and technologies including Zelle, ChoicePay, The Clearing House's Real-Time Payments (RTP) system, Payment Originations Platform, and Huntington Omni Payment System. Provide design recommendations based on long-term IT organization strategy and help integrate applications across the business and plan, design, and develop business critical software solutions related to delivering the ChoicePay application to external customers. Build and support application integrated with The Clearing House's Real Time Payment network using IBM Integration Bus and IBM App Connect Enterprise. Develop enterprise applications in IIB/ACE and integrate with other IBM tools including IBM MQ, IBM RSA, and IBM DB2. Use Google Cloud Platform to ensure scalability and security of payment processing applications. Track and report on application development progress using TFS Azure, ServiceNow, and IBM case management. Diagnose root cause issues and complex technical problems related to performance, availability, internal and external application integrations, database, middleware, and network. Build Java components to manage payment processing web service calls using IBM FTM. Use IBM FTM to build new web services to interface with the Bank's Enterprise Payment Hub. Develop relational databases using WebSphere MQ and Unix/Linux commands. Use requirements and design inputs to create detailed design documentation. Provide defect and issue research, documentation, and resolution.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or related technical field and five years of application development experience using IBM Websphere technologies such as WebSphere MQ, IBM RSA, IBM Integration Bus (IIB), IBM APP Connect Enterprise, IBM DB2/SQL queries, and TFS Azure. Experience must include at least three years developing and supporting consumer payment applications. Hybrid work schedule may be available for employees residing in Central Ohio area.
