As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Evara, you will:

  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions designed for couples and families, utilizing approaches like cognitive-behavioral therapy, systemic therapy, and trauma-informed care.
  • Support clients navigating life transitions, trauma recovery, and relational complexities by providing a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers to ensure comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of a clientโ€™s well-being.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices in mental health care.
  • Participate in continuous education, clinical team meetings, and case consultations to enhance professional development and stay updated with best practices.
  • Manage a caseload that aligns with your clinical interests and expertise, contributing to an engaging work experience.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  • Hold an active and unrestricted Tennessee LMFT license, or be license-eligible within 90 days of hiring.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of systemic therapy and trauma-informed care principles.
  • Exhibit excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Show proficiency in using electronic health records and other clinical documentation tools.
Preferred Experience

Candidates with the following experience will be given preference:
