• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and needs effectively.
• Create personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client goals and challenges.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including solution-focused therapy and cognitive-behavioral approaches, to achieve positive outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Stay informed about the latest research, evidence-based practices, and trends in mental health to enhance treatment modalities.

You will work with a diverse population of clients dealing with various mental health issues, including trauma, anxiety, and depression. Your approach will involve not only individual therapy sessions but may also include family or group therapy sessions to promote holistic healing. Your ability to tailor interventions based on the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client will be crucial in helping them achieve their recovery goals.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in the state of Massachusetts.
• Strong proficiency in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and motivate clients.
• Proficient in the use of electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms.

• Experience in outpatient mental health settings, particularly in addressing trauma, anxiety, and depression.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Previous experience working with diverse client populations is preferred.
