• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of patients to determine their mental health needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools as well as individualized interviews.
• Develop personalized treatment plans incorporating solution-focused interventions to guide clients toward their therapeutic goals.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based techniques tailored to distinct individual needs.
• Maintain detailed and timely clinical documentation, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychologists, psychiatrists, and support staff to ensure holistic care.
• Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously enhance the quality of care and treatment strategies.
• Educate and engage clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and coping strategies to empower them throughout their recovery journey.
• Remain informed about emerging research and best practices in mental health to apply them effectively within the clinical setting.

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, from adolescents facing anxiety and depression to adults dealing with chronic stressors and life transitions. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Georgia is a must to ensure compliance and professional integrity.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience specializing in psychotherapy, with demonstrated application of solution-focused techniques.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with the ability to establish rapport with patients and their families.

• Experience with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or individuals with substance use disorders, is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to facilitate efficient documentation and inter-professional communication.
• Membership in professional organizations related to mental health counseling is a plus.
