• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' mental health and emotional well-being through virtual sessions and establish personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Implement therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy, aimed at fostering resilience and promoting positive coping strategies.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with a dedicated multidisciplinary treatment team, including educators, school counselors, and parents, to develop effective strategies for student support.
• Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in clinical social work to continuously improve our service offerings.

You will work primarily with children and adolescents facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and experiences of trauma. Your expertise will help these young individuals build resilience and navigate their emotional landscapes, contributing to their overall well-being and academic success. You will also engage with families, providing them with resources and support to foster a nurturing environment.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Georgia is mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with diverse populations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and empathetic in high-pressure situations.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
