As part of our Detox Center, you will collaborate with a skilled interdisciplinary team committed to improving the lives of clients dealing with addiction and mental health issues. Regular virtual meetings, collaborative case discussions, and access to cutting-edge telehealth tools are integral to our workflow. In this role, you will be equipped with the necessary resources and support systems to help foster positive client outcomes.

• Work directly with clients through clinical interactions in both virtual and community settings, assessing and addressing their needs relating to major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.
• Participate actively in team meetings to discuss treatment plans and strategies, exemplifying a collaborative spirit.
• Emphasize the creation of a trusting relationship with clients, utilizing effective communication and interpersonal skills to foster a supportive environment.
• Conduct brief, evidence-based assessments and screenings to ascertain client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies.
• Create and implement comprehensive care plans that facilitate access to the appropriate services, coordinating communication among clients, families, and other healthcare providers.
• Administer crisis interventions and therapeutic services, providing timely support based on client circumstances.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes to meet organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with quality improvement initiatives and participate in committees aimed at enhancing service delivery and client care.

This position primarily serves clients undergoing detoxification and those experiencing significant mental health challenges. As a part of your caseload, expect to work closely with individuals affected by substance abuse, anxiety, depression, and other behavioral health disorders. Your role is crucial in assisting clients through their recovery journey, emphasizing choice and empowerment to help them achieve stability and improved mental well-being.

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW) or a related field is required; a current LCSW license is also mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience providing mental health services, preferably with experience in a detox or similar treatment setting.
• Strong assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to formulate effective treatment plans tailored to diverse client populations.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills, facilitating clear and professional interactions with clients and colleagues.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience working with populations facing addiction and mental health challenges.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and approaches.
• Knowledge of telehealth platforms and remote therapeutic practices.
• Ability to demonstrate cultural competence and work respectfully with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
