Key Responsibilities
  • Work directly with clients through clinical interactions in both virtual and community settings, assessing and addressing their needs relating to major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.
  • Participate actively in team meetings to discuss treatment plans and strategies, exemplifying a collaborative spirit.
  • Emphasize the creation of a trusting relationship with clients, utilizing effective communication and interpersonal skills to foster a supportive environment.
  • Conduct brief, evidence-based assessments and screenings to ascertain client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies.
  • Create and implement comprehensive care plans that facilitate access to the appropriate services, coordinating communication among clients, families, and other healthcare providers.
  • Administer crisis interventions and therapeutic services, providing timely support based on client circumstances.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes to meet organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position primarily serves clients undergoing detoxification and those experiencing significant mental health challenges. Qualifications
