Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments through virtual consultations, crafting individualized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based practices and solution-focused methodologies.
• Provide therapeutic interventions, including evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to the unique needs of each patient in a remote setting.
• Effectively utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory requirements, ensuring a seamless flow of information.
• Engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, participating in regular virtual meetings for case consultations and treatment strategy discussions to ensure comprehensive care.
• Mentor and educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment paths, and community resources using digital platforms for broader outreach.
• Stay abreast of the latest research by attending virtual conferences and webinars, integrating new insights into your clinical practice to continually enhance patient treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Current license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Tennessee.
