Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Valid licensure in the state of Tennessee as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Hold a Masterโ€™s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Art Therapy, or Psychology.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Commitment to continuing education and staying abreast of the latest evidence-based psychosocial interventions.
  • Experience using electronic clinical systems, with proficiency in EHR applications.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus, enhancing communication with a broader patient base.
  • Minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in a telehealth environment or virtual counseling settings.

Compensation and Benefits
