Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments through video-based therapy sessions, identifying patient needs and developing personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to provide therapeutic support during virtual consultations, adapting interventions based on clinical evaluations.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes, using electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.
• Regularly evaluate the outcomes of therapeutic interventions and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on patient feedback.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care delivery and improve patient outcomes across the healthcare continuum.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on diverse patient populations seeking mental health support. This may include individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and various other mental health challenges. You will engage patients in their care journey, providing compassionate support and evidence-based interventions that facilitate recovery and promote overall well-being.

Qualifications

• Valid licensure in the state of Tennessee as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Hold a Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Art Therapy, or Psychology.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Commitment to continuing education and staying abreast of the latest evidence-based psychosocial interventions.
• Experience using electronic clinical systems, with proficiency in EHR applications.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus, enhancing communication with a broader patient base.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a telehealth environment or virtual counseling settings.
• Familiarity with the specific needs of different demographic populations, and the unique challenges they face.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt treatment modalities to suit remote healthcare delivery.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, you may qualify for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000, making this an attractive opportunity for skilled professionals. Our benefits package includes:
