  • Provide on-call coverage during and after program hours as assigned.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will engage a diverse client population, including individuals from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Many of our clients may have limited access to mental health resources and often face complex challenges related to their mental well-being. By providing empathetic and focused care, you will directly contribute to improving patients' overall quality of life.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelorโ€™s degree in Social Work (BSW) or similar field of study required; a Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work (MSW) preferred.
  • Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Kansas.
  • A minimum of two years of related experience in the mental health field, specifically in clinical settings.
  • Strong understanding of mental health diagnoses and treatment modalities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills that facilitate effective communication and trust-building with clients and team members.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with under-served populations and familiarity with the challenges they face.
  • Possession of skills in crisis intervention and risk assessment.
  • Knowledge of integrated care practices and collaborative treatment models.
Compensation and Benefits
