We're hiring motivated individuals to join the $90+ billion U.S. freight industry as Freight Broker Analysts (FBAs) — no prior experience required. We provide world-class training, the Freight Broker IQ TMS platform, AI Rate Intelligence, and a clear path to high earnings.


The Opportunity

As a Freight Broker Analyst, you'll educate shippers on our Free Freight Pricing System and manage your own book of business — all while being supported by industry-leading technology and mentorship. This is a 100% remote, performance-based 1099 role with uncapped earning potential.


What You'll Do

  • Source and qualify shipper leads using our AI-powered lead generation tools
  • Setup shippers with FREE access to our Freight Pricing System to maximize margins
  • Manage and grow your own book of business with full company support
  • Build long-term relationships shippers across FTL, LTL, and Intermodal
  • Analyze market data and rate trends using our AI Rate Intelligence platform


What We're Looking For
