In your role as a licensed mental health counselor, you will have the responsibility of:

• Conducting individual therapy sessions via video chat, aimed at enhancing clients' mental health and overall well-being.
• Encouraging clients to share personal experiences and emotions, facilitating insight and understanding within themselves and their relationships.
• Serving as an advocate for clients, assisting them in setting realistic and achievable goals for their mental health journey.
• Evaluating clients’ mental health conditions and developing comprehensive treatment plans that adhere to a solution-focused methodology supported by your clinical expertise.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records as per industry regulations and organizational standards.

Our clients are predominantly pre-screened and exhibit stable, low-acuity mental health conditions. This allows for focused therapeutic interventions that can significantly improve their quality of life. You will work with a diverse clientele, providing them with the tools and support they need to navigate their mental health challenges successfully.

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A bachelor's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field.
• Possession of an active and valid license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Ability to practice independently without supervision.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, along with a compassionate and empathetic approach to client interactions.
• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing technology for remote counseling and documentation.

While not mandatory, the following experiences are preferred:

• Prior experience working in outpatient settings or offering teletherapy services.
• Be familiar with therapeutic techniques and frameworks that focus on solution-based strategies.
• Proven track record of effective communication with clients during remote sessions.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 50,000 to 70,000 per year, tailored to your caseload and overall experience. Our flexible schedule enables you to work at your own pace. Benefits also include:
