Description
OVME is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support the execution of integrated marketing initiatives across creative, studio support, events, partnerships, and digital channels. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is ideal for someone interested in building a strong foundation in brand and performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Creative + Asset Support
  • Draft initial versions of creative briefs using templates
  • Support ad creative brief development by researching competitor ads, messaging angles, and value propositions
  • Submit creative for review and update assets based on feedback
  • Track status of campaign assets and follow up on deliverables
  • Organize and maintain asset folders and files
  • Review and QA creative (e.g., Darkroom assets) before final approval
  • Check, confirm, and save before & after (B&A) responses

Studio Support + Request Coordination
  • Monitor and support inbound studio requests
  • Respond to simple or repeat requests using templates
  • Escalate more complex requests with clear context
  • Track request status and ensure follow-through
  • Support calendar management and input completed briefs into Notion
  • Sourcing of before and afters

Events + Partnership Support
  • Assist with event and partnership logistics
  • Coordinate details such as dates, times, and deliverables
  • Maintain event checklists and timelines

Research + List Building
  • Conduct competitive and audience research to identify growth opportunities
  • Analyze competitor marketing and ad strategies
  • Research potential partners, influencers, and local opportunities
  • Support outreach preparation (drafting and organizing materials)

Paid + Content Support
  • Draft and iterate on ad copy across paid social and search (headlines, body copy, CTAs)
  • Schedule and publish social posts
  • Manage community engagement (comments, DMs, basic responses)
  • Track, save, and organize influencer content

Content + Brand Support
  • Assist with Studio Spotlight editing (images and submissions)
  • Help maintain consistency across submitted content and brand standards

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with dates, pricing, and copy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Clear and professional written communication skills

Key Notes
Timeline and Hours:
Ideally someone to be able to work between June-August (flexible depending on school schedule) Working up to 40 hours a week.
Compensation:
Depending on the candidate's location, it would be that state minimum wage.
