Remote Senior Copywriter (6-Month Contract)


Overview

We are seeking a Senior Copywriter with deep retail and ecommerce experience to support both high-level campaign development and day-to-day creative execution. This is a fast-paced, collaborative role suited for a strategic thinker who can also deliver polished, on-brand copy across multiple channels.


Details:

  • Duration: 6-month contract
  • Schedule: Standard business hours (~9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
  • Location: Remote (must reside within EST)
  • Compensation: $43.00-$48.00
  • Equipment: Company-provided


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute copy across:
    • E-commerce and website experiences
    • Email and SMS campaigns
    • Paid social and digital advertising
    • Retail and promotional messaging
    • Landing pages
    • Seasonal and brand campaigns
    • Brand partnerships and collaborations
  • Contribute to campaign ideation and creative strategy
  • Ensure consistency across established brand voices
  • Partner cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and copy teams
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Serve as a lead voice on creative marketing initiatives


Requirements:

  • 6+ years of professional copywriting experience
  • Strong background in retail, ecommerce, fashion/apparel, lifestyle, or consumer brands

  • Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills
