Social Media Manager & Content Creator

Window Hero Atlanta

Atlanta, GA • Remote

$1.5K/mo

Part-time

Posted 4 days ago

Job description

About Us
Window Hero Atlanta is not your average home services company. We are a premium, fast-growing exterior cleaning franchise specializing in high-end residential and large-scale commercial properties. From traditional elite window cleaning to cutting-edge, drone-powered building washing, we are setting a new standard for property maintenance in the Atlanta area.
We dont want our social media to look like a generic corporate billboard. We want to build an authentic, engaging, and highly visual online presence that feels organic, fun, and premium. Think Amalfi Jets or Ryan Serhant style content: high-quality storytelling, incredibly satisfying "proof" visuals, and genuine human connection where viewers forget they are looking at a business page because the content is just that good.
The Role
We are looking for a sharp, local Social Media Manager & Content Creator to take full ownership of our local social channels (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn).
This is a flexible, hybrid role designed for someone who can take raw assets and turn them into a polished brand story. Our field crews are already out every day capturing photos and videos of standard jobs, so you will have a steady stream of content delivered right to your inbox. Your main job is to organize, edit, and strategize that content, though you will occasionally head out to the field yourself to capture the "big moments"like our massive commercial projects or drone cleanings around the North Atlanta area (Alpharetta, Milton, Roswell, Sandy Springs).
Hours: Part-time (Flexible, approx. 1015 hours per week to start). Location: Must be local to the North Atlanta metro area for occasional site visits.
Key Responsibilities
  • Content Curation & Creation: Organize and edit raw photo and video assets collected daily by our field crews into high-performing, scroll-stopping posts.
  • Occasional Field Visits: Head out to the field every now and then for major milestone projects, specialized commercial jobs, or drone-powered cleanings to capture high-quality, signature footage.
  • Platform Strategy & Execution: Maintain a consistent, high-quality posting schedule:
    • Instagram & Facebook (24x weekly): Focused on high-energy reels, satisfying "stop-the-scroll" cleaning clips, crew spotlights, and a fun, organic, "behind-the-scenes" vibe that builds community trust.
    • LinkedIn (23x weekly): Tailored toward B2B decision-makers (property managers, HOA boards, realtors) with a sharper, executive feel that highlights our scale, professionalism, safety compliance, and drone capabilities.
  • Brand Voice Management: Strike the perfect balance between professional/legit and approachable/fun. No stiff, overly salesy posts. We want people to choose us because they love our brand, not just because they need their windows cleaned.
What We Are Looking For
  • Local & Flexible: You live in the North Atlanta area and are available to occasionally sync up with a crew on a major commercial or drone site when the project calls for it.
  • Asset Management & Editing Skills: You are a wizard at taking raw phone footage from the field and turning it into a seamless, high-performing Reel or post using tools like CapCut or Lightroom.
  • Platform Fluent: You understand that LinkedIn requires a different strategic angle than Instagram, and you can pivot your writing style accordingly.
  • Self-Starter: You don't need a rigid script. You can look at a folder of crew footage and immediately see the best angle for a satisfying transition or an engaging story.
Why Work With Us?
  • Creative Freedom: We want to set the bar for the entire national franchise. If you have a creative idea, we will back you to execute it.
  • Steady Content Flow: You wont be starting from scratch every week; our guys keep the asset pipeline moving so you can focus on making it look incredible.
  • Flexibility: Build your own schedule around your content deadlines and the occasional big site visit.

This is a remote position.
