About the Job
Life360 seeks to build an iconic brand rooted in making everyday family life better. To that end, we are seeking a highly creative "Demand Creation" expert to lead critical media and distribution channels that elevate our brand standing and widen our customer acquisition funnel. Notably, this individual will own our demand creation media strategy and stewardship (working with a hybrid agency partner). They will also help identify, source, and manage partnerships (with platform/agency support) with both influencers and other brands we wish to associate with. They will partner with our performance media specialist to ensure cohesion and connectivity across our funnel. They will work deeply with teams in and outside of Marketing, especially our Creative team to ensure we have strong channel/message fit.
This role has broad scope and is also very much a "strategic + tactical" leadership combination which requires willingness to "roll up the sleeves". (It is not a role that merely directs activity). If this is you, we would love to hear from you!
The US-based salary range for this position is $137,000 to $201,500. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary - therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.
What You'll Do
  • DEMAND CREATION PAID MEDIA STRATEGY & EXECUTION
    • Develop and optimize paid media programs that build awareness and consideration for Life360
    • Work with the creative team to ensure optimal channel/message fit.
    • Think beyond "spots and dots". We are looking for a highly creative marketer who can bring unique and differentiated media choices to our mix.
    • Build a great partnership and successfully lead our media agency collaboration. We view the agency as an embedded partner and they should feel like part of our team. You must emphasize both inspiration and accountability with them.
  • INFLUENCER MARKETING STRATEGY & EXECUTION
    • Working in collaboration with our Brand & Creative team, identify influential personalities that we should be associating with and working with.
    • Work with agency and platform partners, as you see fit, to procure and manage these deals.
    • Work with Analytics to assess the overall and relative performance of our influencer partnership deals.
  • BRAND PARTNERSHIPS STRATEGY & EXECUTION
    • Working in collaboration with several internal partner teams (Brand & Creative, Devices, etc.), identify brands that we should be associating and partnering with.

But there are many flavors of collaboration we are exploring and excited about and we welcome your ideas.
    • Work with our Biz Dev team to outline key, desired "gives/gets" for these partnerships and land highly mutually beneficial deals that deliver on each party's goals.
    • Work with Analytics to assess the overall and relative performance of our brand partnership deals.
What We're Looking For
  • 7+ years of experience in brand-oriented paid media (including digital, paid social, TV/FEP/CTV, OOH, etc.).

  • Deep understanding of marketing measurement methodologies, particularly for demand creation. This includes Marketing Mix Modeling, attribution, brand tracking, matched market testing, platform lift/incrementality tests, and more.
