Tax Associate – Part-time – 100% Remote – Up to $31/hr on W2 Must have: Active PTIN Responsibilities Maintain sensitive customer, confidential and/or proprietary business information in a responsible, reliable, and safe manner. Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language. As a virtual, customer‐facing role, interact via state‐of‐the‐art video communication software, documenting interactions to maintain accurate records.

Interact with customers and team members in a professional manner. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software. Passion for helping clients navigate tax complexities and a commitment to enhancing our brand by delighting customers.

Excellent customer service skills; excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools professionally, friendly, and confidently. Possess or be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds and an active PTIN. Must have or be willing to obtain an internet connection that meets security criteria.
