Hope Mental and Behavioral Health Center is actively seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our dedicated team on a full-time, remote basis. • Design and implement personalized treatment plans for clients, incorporating best practices and evidence-based methods.
• Utilize CBT techniques to effectively manage and alleviate symptoms related to mental health disorders, particularly in patients with mild traumatic brain injuries.
• Regularly monitor client progress, adapting treatment strategies as required to meet evolving needs.
• Conduct comprehensive mental health screenings and assessments to formulate accurate diagnoses and determine appropriate therapeutic approaches.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals—including physicians, psychologists, and social workers—to create a holistic care plan that addresses clients' physical and mental health needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and learning opportunities to enhance clinical skills and therapeutic techniques.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the organization.

Your role will involve working with a diverse client base, including individuals facing challenges stemming from mild traumatic brain injuries, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. You will take an approach that emphasizes empathy and understanding, recognizing that each patient’s journey is unique and requires tailored care.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional counseling experience, particularly focusing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
• Demonstrated knowledge in treating clients with mild traumatic brain injury or similar neurological considerations.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to foster trust and rapport with clients of diverse backgrounds.
• A willingness to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve shared goals for client care.

Experience in a telehealth setting is a plus, as is familiarity with digital mental health platforms. Candidates with a background in integrative health approaches and experience collaborating with healthcare systems will be prioritized.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
