Mindful Perspective Moments Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, including crisis intervention strategies such as pre-crisis and crisis plans, positive behavior support strategies, and medication management plans.
• Document all clinical activities and treatment plans in accordance with state regulations and organizational standards, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to assess patient needs and progress in a collaborative clinical environment.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement effective behavior support plans.
• Actively engage in the organization’s licensing and accreditation processes to ensure compliance and enhance service delivery.
• Establish and maintain strong networks with various stakeholders, including local and state agencies, to foster collaborative approaches to care.
• Attend and participate in professional development initiatives, conferences, and statewide meetings to enhance personal growth and advocate for mental health awareness.
• Promote the mission, values, and principles of Mindful Perspective Moments Therapy within the community.
• Report directly to the Clinic Director and undertake additional responsibilities as needed to support organizational goals.

Your primary focus will be on a diverse population that includes individuals facing emotional health challenges, substance use issues, and those needing developmental and brain injury support. You will work with clients and their families, helping them navigate their unique circumstances and providing them with tailored resources and support to achieve their goals.

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field.
• Current and independent LMHC licensure.

• Experience working within community health settings, ideally focusing on mental health, substance use, or other therapeutic environments.
• Familiarity with the regulations and standards governing mental health services in Massachusetts.
• Proficiency in using clinical documentation systems and evidence-based assessment tools.

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including:
