This position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while you engage with clients through an outpatient office setting. • Develop individualized treatment plans that adhere to standard practices for each diagnosis, ensuring personalized therapeutic interventions.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic models, including cognitive behavioral therapy, behavior modification, and brief therapy techniques during client sessions.
• Provide clinical supervision and support to Mental Health Workers and therapy assistants, enhancing team knowledge and capabilities.
• Collaborate with community professionals to create cross-system plans that address holistic treatment approaches for clients.
• Respond effectively to crisis situations by assessing patient needs, delivering immediate care, and coordinating appropriate services.
• Conduct comprehensive intake sessions, performing Integrated Biopsychosocial Assessments to formulate accurate mental health diagnoses based on DSM V standards.
• Train and educate team members and the community on relevant clinical topics, promoting continuous professional development and awareness of mental health issues.

This position primarily involves working with diverse individuals, families, and groups, with a strong focus on mothers and those from marginalized communities. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on clients’ lives, understanding and addressing the unique challenges they face in relation to their mental health.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution (e.g. MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).
• An independent mental health license in the state of Oregon (e.g. LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is required.
• Proven ability to manage a substantial caseload effectively and interface collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams in a healthcare setting.
• Strong digital literacy skills, including proficiency in electronic medical records and general computer applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in professional email correspondence.

• Training in evidence-based practices, including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy and trauma-informed care.
• Experience working with clients facing co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
• A genuine passion for improving behavioral health outcomes and a demonstrated history of making an impactful difference in clients’ lives.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, reflective of experience and qualifications.
