Job description

Currently seeking part time Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for managing the entire financial cycle. Minimal payroll. Accuracy & attention to detail is a must.

This is 1099 Position

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately handle current data and old financial data for companies' accounting records
  • Research, rectify, and balance old accounts
  • Invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
  • Check the accuracy of business transactions and know how to correct errors using QuickBooks Desktop.
  • Perform data entry and administrative duties

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
  • Must have Quickbooks Desktop knowledge
  • Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong organizational skills
