Position Location: Washington, DC (On-Site) Telework/Work-from-Home Authorized: Yes - When Authorized/Hybrid About the Role: Perform a variety of routine administrative tasks, respond to customer service inquiries and provide administrative support to the assigned organizational function.

Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To: Maintain organizational automation tools, a Technical Library, an electronic document repository, and providing ALMIS reports to CG-AIR-E. Develop and maintain application productivity enhancements that increase CG-AIR-E's efficiency and effectiveness, including spreadsheets, multimedia presentations, databases, and other productivity tools. Serving as the Technical Information Management and Ordering System (TIMOS), Aviation Technical Information Portal (ATIP), and Aircraft Configuration Control Board (ACCB) POC for USCG Headquarters and provide TIMOS, ATIP, ACCB support for USCG Headquarters.

Perform other duties, as assigned. Experience Requirements: At least two (2) years of experience in USCG procedures to include USCG aeronautical practices as defined in COMDTINST 13020.1 utilizing ALMIS. Must have demonstrated experience with ALMIS reports

Network Administration experience. TIMOS/ATIP management experience desired. Education Requirements: High School.
