In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video chat, focused on enhancing clients' mental health and well-being.
• Guide clients through discussions about their emotions and experiences, helping them develop insights into their behaviors and relationships.
• Advocate for clients by assisting them in setting and defining achievable personal goals.
• Assess clients’ mental health conditions thoroughly and design comprehensive, solution-focused treatment plans that draw on your clinical expertise.
• Maintain accurate and detailed client records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards.

You will primarily work with a carefully curated population of stable adults who have low mental health acuity. All clients are screened prior to booking to ensure a suitable fit for your expertise and specialties. To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A valid, unrestricted state license to practice independently, such as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT. Note: Provisional or limited licenses will not be accepted.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, along with a compassionate and empathetic nature.
• Proficiency with technology and computer systems to navigate our specialized therapy platform effectively.

A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience in mental health counseling is required. Experience in telehealth practices is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates should demonstrate a track record of developing successful therapeutic relationships and implementing effective treatment strategies.

We offer competitive compensation ranging from $90,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
