• Establish and maintain trusting relationships with patients to create a safe therapeutic environment.
• Diagnose mental health disorders through comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that reflect each patient's unique circumstances.
• Facilitate counseling sessions with individuals and groups, guiding them through therapeutic processes that promote emotional well-being and coping strategies.
• Regularly evaluate and monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet changing needs and promote positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with other professionals in the organization, referring clients to specialists when appropriate to ensure comprehensive care.

As an LMFT at Blue Ridge Hospice Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse array of patients who may be dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and other mental health disorders. Our client base includes individuals and families from various backgrounds, and you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on their lives through tailored interventions and support.

• Currently licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Arizona.
• A master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
• Demonstrated experience in providing both individual and group therapy in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Strong organizational skills and time-management ability to handle administrative tasks effectively while maintaining a high level of patient care.

• Familiarity with teletherapy practices and experience using digital platforms for client interactions is highly desirable.
• Experience working with specific populations, such as families in crisis or trauma-affected individuals.
• Ability to implement evidence-based therapeutic methodologies and adapt to each patient's unique treatment requirements.

The competitive salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
